Important Self-Drive Rental Guidelines

  • No KM Limitations: Drive absolutely unlimited kilometers without any extra per-km tracking cost boundaries.
  • Toll & Permits Excluded: National highway toll taxes and Inter-State entry permits are strictly excluded from the quote and must be settled directly by the client.
  • Zero Security Deposit: Absolutely ₹0 cash security deposit required to release the vehicles.
  • Fuel Policy: Fuel expenses are completely excluded. Vehicles are dispatched with baseline tank configurations and must be returned similarly.
  • Traffic Violations & Fines: Any legal penalties, including No-Parking fines, No-Entry violations, or Over-Speeding tickets incurred during the rental tenure, must be fully paid by the customer.
  • Accident & Damage Liability: In the unfortunate event of any accidental impact or structural damage during the booking period, all vehicle making/repairing charges are strictly payable by the customer.
  • Mandatory Verification: Original physical Driving License and valid government identity keys must be submitted prior to vehicle keys handover.
  • Overdue Schedule Penalties: Late drop returns dynamically calculate per-hour custom excess structures based on drop time accuracy.
